We offer FREE shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders OVER $200 CAD before taxes. 

Orders under $200 are a flat rate of $20 within Canada. 

At this time, Tia B Boutique ships within Canada only.

Please note that for any previous orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for all applicable duties, customs fees, import taxes, and brokerage charges. Tia B Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping carriers.

All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance included.

Tia B Boutique is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that during periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once a package has been shipped, Tia B Boutique is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, lost or stolen packages, or delivery issues beyond our control.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
