- Eligible regular priced items may be returned to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to do full refunds. If you received free shipping, a $15 fee will be deducted from the credit.
- Eligible items must have all tags attached and be returned in new condition. These items must be unworn/unwashed, free of any stains or odors & footwear in the original box with all packaging.
- All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
- **Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include face masks, jewelry & hair accessories, sunglasses, belts, hats, mittens, toques, scarves, towels, blankets, swimwear, and all intimates,including thongs, pj’s, bodysuits, and cosmetics. **
- PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT take back an item that has been worn, even if it has been worn for a short amount of time.
- HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Christmas Gifts purchased at regular price after Nov 25th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6th with the tags attached, as stated above.
#1: Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy above to ensure that your return meets eligible return criteria.
#2: E-mail email@example.com and explain why you want to return the item. We will notify you when your return has been approved. PLEASE NOTE: We must receive your item(s) back within 14 days of the day it was delivered to you. If we receive it outside the 14-day window, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue store credit, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
#3: Drop off your securely sealed return package at any shipping location. Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
#4: As soon as we receive your return, we will process it promptly and contact you via e-mail with your store credit to use for future purchases.
Once we have received your return, and it has been processed, you will be emailed a store credit, which you can then use to place a new order.
We aim to process all returns within 72 hours of your return arriving back to us.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive an email notification, with the information and store credit code to use online. Make sure to check your junk folder, just in case!
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize!
Please notify us & send a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Once we review the damage we will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts.
We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time, & for any reason.
