Return & Exchange Policy

At Tia B Boutique, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Eligible regular-priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have a $20 shipping fee deducted from the store credit amount.

To be eligible for return, items must:

  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be free of stains, odors, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or damage
  • Be returned in original condition
  • Include original packaging where applicable
  • Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box with all packaging

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, even briefly.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes:

  • Items purchased during sale events
  • Items purchased using promotional or discount codes
  • Marked-down merchandise

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygienic reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Jewelry & hair accessories
  • Sunglasses
  • Belts
  • Hats, mittens, toques & scarves
  • Towels & blankets
  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates, including thongs & pajamas
  • Cosmetics
  • Face masks

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Christmas gifts purchased at regular price after November 25 are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6, provided all return conditions listed above are met.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1:
Please review our Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your item qualifies for return.

Step 2:
Email tiabboutique@sasktel.net with your order number and reason for the return request. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note: We must receive your return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received outside this timeframe will not qualify for exchange or store credit and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Step 3:
Package your return securely and ship it using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your store credit and notify you by email.

EXCHANGES

We do not process direct exchanges. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit to place a new order online.

STORE CREDIT

We aim to process returns within 72 hours of receiving your package.

Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit code. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.

Please email tiabboutique@sasktel.net within 2 days of delivery with photos of the damage to be eligible for review. Once approved, we will issue a replacement (if available) or a refund for the damaged item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications, cancellations, address changes, or apply discount codes retroactively.

Tia B Boutique reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or refund any order at any time for any reason.
